Restaurant's Service

Now days, customer services have become the main concern of most of the restaurants. First of all, many restaurants in the city are seriously focusing on services. To provide friendly and familiar environment to the customers coming from different communities and cultures; they provide the server with similar from the customer. For example, when an Arabic customer comes to the restaurant, an Arabic server greets with 'Salaam Alaikum', and asks about the foods related to Arabic tradition. Then, restaurants try to deliver their services as fast as possible. Their main concern on the deliveries is how to provide fresh and quality food, so customers can feel that food is as same as restaurant dining. For example, Dominos guaranty that a customer's order will be deliverd within 30 minutes from the time of order. If they delivered later than 30 minutes, customers don't need to pay even a penny. In addition, now days restaurants are competing each other, so customers can get the best services. When customers finish their food; server provides the comment card with the bill, so customer can comment and suggest improving the weak points. Some of the restaurant managers come to the table and asks about the food and service. In brief, restaurants are trying to improve and provide better service than other competitors, so they can attract the more and more customers.

My Father

My father is generous and ideal person in my life. He has good ability to care his kids. I always get encourage from him what I like to do. He always does good manners and works front of me. So I got inspire with him. He was only one educated person in his village. There were lots of problems at that time. But he continued to struggle and finally got success to catch his dreams. He faced poverty and scarcity but didn't give up his aim. He didn't think of himself only. He tried to improve his village also. He became popular by teaching free to kids in the village. He starts a project to make literate villagers. My father is my Super Hero. I got lots of inspiration from his life.

My Ecotourism Experience In UAE

In 2009, I visited the United Arab Emirates (it's known as Dubai, however Dubai is one the states of UAE) for 2 years. I wasn't there only for the touring purpose. I have also a job in the restaurant, which one provides American, Chinese and Mexican food. So, I could stay there for the longest time. Otherwise, I couldn't afford all the expenses for the visit without any work. Before I visit Dubai I searched on the Internet about their culture, language and weather. It makes me little bit easier when I entered Dubai. I know already how to deal with people and I didn't get any surprise while women were wearing burkas (Muslim women's traditional custom, which covers from the head to the feet except eyes). When I serve customers in the restaurant, I always try to notice that, what kind of food they like and how they speak, how they behave to others etc. Every time when Arabic people come for the party women and men sitting separates. Women have one group and men have another group. For the while I am getting wondered that how they are enjoying if they sitting separate and without talk each other. But suddenly I thought that's their tradition and culture so I should respect them whatever they do. On my weekends I went desert safari. I saw their camels and classic Arabic community. Peoples use camels for the travels in the desert. They use to drink camel milk and use to eat camel's meat also. Camels are the main animal in Dubai. Camels can live longer without drinking the water so they became popular and important in the desert areas.
