Now days, customer services have become the main concern of most of the restaurants. First of all, many restaurants in the city are seriously focusing on services. Their main concern on the deliveries is how to provide fresh and quality food, so customers can feel that food is as same as restaurant dining. For example, Dominos guaranty that a customer's order will be deliverd within 30 minutes from the time of order. If they delivered later than 30 minutes, customers don't need to pay even a penny. In addition, now days restaurants are competing each other, so customers can get the best services. When customers finish their food; server provides the comment card with the bill, so customer can comment and suggest improving the weak points. Some of the restaurant managers come to the table and asks about the food and service. In brief, restaurants are trying to improve and provide better service than other competitors, so they can attract the more and more customers.
