There are two reasons why beach communities are
great places to live. A beach community offers recreation for residents of all
ages. For adults, the beach is a great place to just relax or go for a walk.
Teenagers can do sports, such as surfing and volleyball. Children love to
splash in the water, jump in the waves, and play in the sand. It costs very
little money to enjoy time at the beach. To enjoy the beach, people don't need
to have anything special-just a swimsuit, a towel, and sunscreen. If you live
near a beach, you can easily take a picnic lunch or dinner there. Often the
parking is free or residents can get parking stickers. To sum up, beach
communities offer great recreation at low prices.
